Evernote is a web based note taking web site. I recommend that your set up an account, the free one is sufficient. If you are working in more than one art class you could set up a notebook for each class separately. I use Evernote daily to keep up with work and well as my personal life. You can create notes in a notebook using text, pictures that you take or saved from another source. You can record sound and video, urls as well as entire web pages, you can clip articles and post to a note. It is fantastic for organizing research. I suggest that after doing your research for each section you take photographs of your textbook or journal entries and add to your section. It becomes a valuable portfolio of your work and can be shared via the web.
